Trip in jeopardy

Well wouldn’t you know it. I’m about to go on a trip and the resort emailed me to tell me that emergency work on a water main has resulted in the resort cancelling all reservations and it affects my planned vacation. Of course to day is Sunday and the customer service line for my vacation club affiliate is not open today. I’ll need to wait until Monday to phone them and see what we can do about this. We’re super bummed about this. I’ll update more as I have new information.

*Update*

I ended up booking a cabin up in the mountains via VRBO. It cost me 3 times what I would have paid from my original reservations but the accommodations where way nicer. The cabin was 3 bedrooms all to our selves. There was a hot tub in the back yard and plenty of room for Chica. It was a really nice time of the year to go but chilly.
