Welcome to the new year. What am I going to do this year? I’ve been thinking about it. Here is my general goal list:
- Increase walking distance to 3.5 mi/day
- Introduce weights for upper body
- Learn Tai Chi
- Blog more frequent
- Take more vacations

- Repair Ford fusion and keep or switch with Focus

- Design deck redo
- Enjoy life
We are eating Mediterranean and more vegetarian this year. I’ll sprinkle in other healthy recipes as the year unfolds. I’m a big fan of Asian foods especially Thai curries.
