Welcome to the new year. What am I going to do this year? I’ve been thinking about it. Here is my general goal list:

  1. Increase walking distance to 3.5 mi/day
  2. Introduce weights for upper body
  3. Learn Tai Chi
  4. Blog more frequent
  5. Take more vacations
  6. Projects

    • Repair Ford fusion and keep or switch with Focus

  7. Enjoy life

We are eating Mediterranean and more vegetarian this year. I’ll sprinkle in other healthy recipes as the year unfolds. I’m a big fan of Asian foods especially Thai curries.
